The countdown has begun: once again this year, Tubettificio Perfektüp will be present at CphI Europe, the most important international trade fair for the pharmaceutical sector, which this year will be held in Frankfurt, at Messe Frankfurt, from 28 to 30 October 2025. This trade fair has always been the beating heart of the pharmaceutical industry, where companies, innovators and professionals meet to share experiences, ideas and new perspectives.
For Tubettificio Perfektüp, it will once again be an opportunity to confirm its commitment to the pharmaceutical sector, bringing to Frankfurt not only the production quality that has distinguished us for over 80 years, but also innovations that look to the future of packaging, together with the entire Perfektüp group.
Human-centred innovation in pharmaceutical packaging
Among the solutions we will be presenting, our flagship product will not be missing: the ophthalmic tube with a soft nozzle, a real revolution in the field of pharmaceutical packaging. Created to meet a specific need, namely to make it easier and safer to apply ointments and creams to delicate areas such as the eye contour, this device is now a recognised benchmark in the pharmaceutical sector, including in paediatrics and veterinary medicine.
The tube with soft ophthalmic nozzle is a symbol of how a design detail can substantially improve the patient’s experience, reducing the risk of irritation or micro-lesions while offering precision and comfort. It is a concrete demonstration of how, for us, innovation means not only technology, but also, and above all, attention to the individual. This innovation fits perfectly with the new ‘human-centred’ trend in the pharmaceutical industry, which shifts the focus from product protection (which remains of primary importance) to the protection of those who use it.
The new Sustainability Zone at CphI
A major new feature of this edition will be the Sustainability Zone, a themed area dedicated exclusively to companies that are redefining the future of Pharma in a green key.
The presence of this new space confirms that sustainability is also increasingly important in pharmaceutical packaging: it is not limited to responding to new regulatory criteria (especially those of the EU), but also to the growing awareness of patients and end consumers.
Tubettificio Perfektüp has chosen to specialise in a single material (aluminium) precisely because of its innate qualities, its infinite recyclability and reduced environmental impact, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability from the outset. Not only that: the entire production chain is structured with a sustainability-oriented mindset, through the integration of renewable energy sources (solar energy), the minimisation of production waste, and its recovery and recycling thanks to the CIAL Consortium.
