There is a change at the helm of Tubettificio Perfektüp: after four years in the role, Tiziano Furlan is concluding his term as Managing Director.
These four years have coincided with a particularly important chapter in the history of Tubettificio Perfektüp. Following the acquisition in 2022, Tiziano Furlan guided the company through the delicate transition from a historic Italian family-owned business to a company fully integrated into a major international group.
This journey has brought together two industrial histories, two corporate cultures and complementary areas of expertise, while preserving the experience, specialization and strong connection with the local area that have distinguished the Italian plant for more than ninety years.
Today, this integration process is naturally entering a new phase of consolidation. Livio Manzini, CEO of Bell Holding, will also assume the role of Managing Director of Tubettificio Perfektüp, further strengthening the direct connection between the Italian company and the Group.
Perfektüp would like to thank Tiziano Furlan for his work and for guiding the company through these four years of transformation, and wishes him every success in the next stage of his professional journey.
Business continuity and even stronger integration within the Group
This change in governance does not represent a break in Tubettificio Perfektüp’s activities.
Operations will continue with full business and commercial continuity, building on the team and expertise already in place within the company. Our different departments will continue working with the same contacts and according to the same standards of service, quality and customer care that distinguish Tubettificio Perfektüp.
At the same time, the new organization will further consolidate integration with the wider Perfektüp Group, increasingly bringing together expertise, production capabilities, knowledge of international markets and shared resources.
It is an evolution that looks to the future without losing sight of what makes Tubettificio Perfektüp distinctive: its long-standing expertise in the production of collapsible aluminium tubes and, above all, its deep specialization in pharmaceutical packaging.

Pharma will also be at the heart of our next major international event.
From 6 to 8 October 2026, Tubettificio Perfektüp will be exhibiting at CPHI Milan, at Fiera Milano, together with the wider Perfektüp Group.
This will be a particularly significant occasion for Tubettificio Perfektüp, which continues to represent a key centre of expertise for the pharmaceutical sector within the Group, thanks to more than ninety years of experience, production processes designed around the high standards required by the Pharma industry, and solutions specifically developed for this market.
CPHI will therefore also be an opportunity to meet customers, partners and industry professionals, share this new chapter in our journey and look ahead together to future projects.
